Weichai strictly complies with domestic and foreign anti-bribery-related laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and the United Nations Convention against Corruption, and resolutely resists any form of bribery. The company commits to upholding the principles of fairness, justice, and transparency in all commercial activities, conducting business dealings in a legal and compliant manner, and absolutely not obtaining competitive advantages, business opportunities, or other improper benefits through bribery.

In all operational and management activities of the company, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

(I) Giving or receiving cash, gift money, items, or other gifts to relevant units and their relevant personnel in violation of regulations.

(V) Providing valuable items such as houses and cars to relevant parties for use, or accepting valuable items such as houses and cars provided by relevant parties.

(VI) Giving or receiving various improper equities, dividends, other financial products, etc.

(VII) Giving or receiving property to transfer or obtain benefits under the guise of publicity fees, promotion fees, advertising fees, training fees, consultant fees, consulting fees, technical service fees, scientific research fees, etc.

(VIII) Giving or receiving property to transfer or obtain benefits through gambling or other illegal means.

(IX) Taking possession of company property, misappropriating funds for personal use, or lending them to others by taking advantage of one's position.

(X) Providing or accepting gifts, meals, entertainment, or travel arrangements that exceed reasonable value, frequency, or purpose.

(XI) Violating financial management policies by engaging in tax evasion, false declaration of expenses, withholding of funds, forgery of financial vouchers, or other behaviors.

(XII) Other behaviors such as accepting bribes, embezzling company assets, or conflicts of interest that violate national laws, regulations, and the company's rules and regulations.

Weichai employees and business affiliates shall strictly comply with the company's integrity management regulations and relevant laws and regulations, and resolutely resist any form of corruption, bribery, conflicts of interest, and other unethical behaviors.

Weichai encourages employees, customers, suppliers, and other personnel to complain and report on the non-compliant behaviors of various units, departments, and employees of the company, and strictly keeps the personal information of the whistleblower and the reported content confidential. The company prohibits any behavior of threatening, striking, or retaliating against whistleblowers, will provide legal support and protection to whistleblowers when necessary, and will seriously deal with behaviors that retaliate against whistleblowers.
