On the morning of October 12th, the 4th Weichai Service Elite National Finals kicked off with great enthusiasm in Weifang, where 200 service elites from across the country engaged in intense competition.

In 2018, Weichai pioneered the "Service Elite" competition in the industry. Held successfully for four consecutive years, the event promotes learning and merit-based selection, identifying a large number of high-level technicians who identify with Weichai's service philosophy, possess excellent skills, and demonstrate sincere dedication, effectively boosting the service quality of local service stations.

Entering the China VI era in 2021, Weichai fully upgraded its product technology and service system, involving over 7,800 service stations nationwide in preliminary rounds and supported by more than 30 China VI training courses.
This year's event has become one of the industry's largest and most technically challenging service elite selection competitions, aimed at building highly efficient and high-quality China VI-compliant service capabilities.
