Weichai Power is currently recruiting entities to establish authorized maintenance service centers within the domestic market. Compliance with qualifications, proven capabilities, and integrity in operations form the foundation of our partnership. The specific requirements are as follows:
The applicant must be an independent corporate entity and, in principle, a general VAT taxpayer (subject to approval in special cases). Station establishment is limited to the location of industrial and commercial registration, and all submitted information must be authentic and valid. Applicants must possess maintenance qualifications or a motor vehicle maintenance filing certificate; those without such qualifications may be approved through a specialized review and filing process.
Reserve funds and service security deposits must be paid according to the station type. Specified equipment, including 'Zhidoxing' diagnostic tools and sensor testing equipment, must be purchased. Security deposits must be transferred to the designated account with the project specified in the payment remarks.
Required materials include the station establishment application, the legal representative's ID, business license, photos of the enterprise premises, credit report, and the OEM service agreement. Applicants must provide complete entity information, profiles of key personnel such as the station manager and technicians, and sign a service commitment letter.
Upon successful approval, completion of brand image construction, procurement of equipment, and payment of the security deposit, the agreement will be signed and official service access will be granted.

These documents must be consistent with the information submitted in the application and the service system, and must remain valid.
2	(Bank) Account Opening Permit or Basic Deposit Account Information	Photos must be original, in color, and clear, and must be consistent with the information submitted in the application and the service system.
3	Payment of reserve funds and service security deposits; procurement of testing equipment (Zhidoxing, urea pump cleaning equipment, and sensor testing equipment)	1. 50,000 RMB in reserve funds and 10,000 RMB in service security deposit for establishing an authorized maintenance service center; 2. 20,000 RMB in reserve funds and 10,000 RMB in service security deposit for a light-duty vehicle or non-road product authorized maintenance service center; 3. 10,000 RMB in reserve funds and 10,000 RMB in service security deposit for a dedicated authorized maintenance service center for agricultural equipment, forklifts, excavators, buses, individual generator sets, industrial power, and generator sets; 4. Verification materials for reserve funds include: invoices or receipts issued by the central warehouse with the official seal, or bank transfer receipts for station establishment stamped with the central warehouse seal; 5. Verification materials for the service security deposit include: bank transfer receipts stamped with the official seal of the station-building entity; 6. Information for security deposit transfer: a. Account Name: Weichai Power Co., Ltd.; b. Full Name of Opening Bank: Bank of China, Weifang Branch; c. Account Number: 222102187209; d. Payment Remarks: Service Security Deposit for New Authorized Maintenance Service Center Project; 7. Testing equipment may be purchased and deposits paid after approval is granted. The station establishment agreement is issued once the Weichai brand image construction is completed, equipment is procured, and the security deposit payment is verified. Service access is granted upon the signing of the agreement.
4	Station Establishment Application and Enterprise Profile	1. The text of the station establishment application and enterprise profile must reflect the enterprise's current operating status and internal capabilities; 2. Documents must be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official corporate seal, with all stamps appearing clearly.
5	ID Card of the Legal Representative	Photos of the ID card must be in color and clear.
6	Business License and Proof of General VAT Taxpayer Status	1. Photos must be original, in color, and clear; 2. Entities that are not general VAT taxpayers are ineligible for station establishment.
7	Enterprise Photos	1. Photos of the company entrance image, the interior and exterior of the reception room, the interior and exterior of the maintenance workshop, the interior and exterior of the parts warehouse, maintenance equipment, maintenance workstations, and service vehicles (the vehicle registration certificate must correspond to the station-building entity or individual); 2. Photos must be original, in color, and clear; 3. Photos must reflect the operating status and corporate strength of the applicant unit; maintenance stations recommended by the OEM must feature relevant OEM branding.
8	Corporate Credit Report (new companies may provide the legal representative's credit report)	If the credit report indicates records of overdue payments, bad debts, or enforcement actions, it suggests a poor credit standing, and the station-building unit must be evaluated.
9	OEM Service Agreement	The OEM Service Agreement must bear the official seals of both parties and be within its valid term.
10	Station-Building Unit Information and Key Personnel Information	1. Unit Information: Company name, Unified Social Credit Code, legal representative, legal representative's phone number, bank account number, opening bank, province and city of the opening bank, bank branch code, address on the business license, factory area, warehouse area, workshop area, dispatch phone number, office phone number, office mobile number, 24-hour duty phone number, email address, and factory address; 2. Personnel Information: Station Manager, Appraiser, Finance Manager, Parts Manager, Maintenance Technician, Service Personnel, Information Clerk, Legal Representative; include names, contact information, headshots, and ID photos for the aforementioned personnel.
11	Letter of Commitment for Authorized Maintenance Service Center	Scanned copy with official seal and signature of the legal representative; the photo must be a color print and clear.
