The inaugural Weichai Global Service Elite Competition and the 6th Weichai Service Elite Selection Finals recently concluded in Weifang. This competition brought together outstanding service personnel from Weichai's global service network, showcasing the innovative spirit and international service standards of Weichai's domestic and overseas service teams in the new era.

The competition focused on Weichai's best-selling high-horsepower diesel engines, natural gas engines, and relevant cases. It featured events such as corporate culture, engine assembly and adjustment, and fault diagnosis of electronic control aftertreatment systems. Through hands-on tasks like simulated fault diagnosis on vehicles and engine component disassembly, the service elites demonstrated their skills in a spectacular competition.

Spanning two months, the competition involved global preliminary rounds, multiple group stages, and regional rounds. A large number of maintenance technicians participated, with over 200 domestic contestants and 20 overseas contestants qualifying for the finals to demonstrate their expertise and compete on the same stage. Ultimately, 15 domestic service elites and 12 overseas service elites stood out to win the first prize in the final. During this period, they leveraged the competition to promote learning, capacity building, and improved operational efficiency, while compiling nearly 1,000 fault case studies, further driving the enhancement of Weichai's global service capabilities.

As a multinational enterprise, Weichai consistently emphasizes the development of internationalized, high-quality service capabilities. It is reported that the Service Elite program is an essential component of Weichai's "Multi-dimensional Elite" initiative. In 2025, with the theme of "Delivering Exclusive Customer Care and Fostering Shared Prosperity with Channel Partners," Weichai will continue to carry out service improvement programs globally to achieve win-win results with both domestic and international customers.
