From November 25th to 26th, the 2nd Weichai Power Global Service Skills Competition and Elite Selection was successfully held in Weifang. More than 220 outstanding maintenance service personnel from across the globe engaged in a high-level competition, showcasing the international standard and professional demeanor of the Weichai service team!

The competition focused on general diesel engines, gas engines, and large-bore power products, while adding specialized tracks for new energy (electric, electronic, and battery) service elites, power generation service elites, and information specialists. It primarily evaluated contestants' practical skills in engine assembly and adjustment, fault diagnosis, and information communication. After fierce competition across various tracks, 34 domestic service elites and 4 overseas service elites stood out to win the first prize in the final.

In 2018, Weichai took the lead in the industry by launching the Service Elite competition, accumulating mature experience in domestic talent selection and development. Today, this model has crossed oceans and mountains to extend to the global service network, selecting technical experts from over 8,000 service stations worldwide. By building a tiered training system that promotes learning through competition, enhancing skills through learning, and improving performance through skills, Weichai has forged an elite service team with professional literacy and an innovative spirit, bringing full-lifecycle, full-value-chain service experiences to global customers.
